MANILA — Angel Locsin had qualms about accepting the movie project “One More Try.” The role required the sultry actress to play a mother — which she is yet to be in real life, Locsin said in an interview on ABS-CBN's Sunday showbiz talk show “The Buzz.” But when the movie's storyline was presented to her, she knew it would be good and felt challenged by it. Locsin, a “Toda Max” mainstay on TV, also admitted to being picky when it comes to choosing projects. She said she has to be careful about which offers to take on and which would benefit her career rather than irritate people. Moreover, not every role would suit her, she said. — SG
