JEDDAH – Bank Aljazira continued collecting the most prestigious international awards as “Aljazira Phone” achieved the Silver Medal & Second Rank in the Best Contact Center in the World 2012 category for 2012, during the Contact Center World Awards finals held in the US recently. The event was organized by the Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices “Contact Center World”. With this unprecedented achievement for banks in Saudi Arabia and the region, Aljazira Phone adds another jewel to its crown. Aljazira's achievements this year included the Best New Contact Center in the Middle East 2012 and Best Contact Center in the Middle East, Europe & Africa 2012. The award covers cross industry sectors and not limited to banks only, which adds a significant dimension to the award caliber. Khalid Alothman, Senior Vice Present & Head of Retail Banking Group, said the latest award comes as a natural result of a well structured plan to elevate Bank Aljazira services to highest international standards in accordance with the industry's best practices.
