Fatima Muhammad Saudi Gazette JEDDAH — The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) has signed recently in Dubai an agreement with Dulsco HR Solutions to help establish a new company in the Kingdom that assists in importing trained workers to Kingdom. JCCI officials said the move can help provide qualified workers who are able to do many projects and who are able to provide high quality services to firms operating in Saudi Arabia. Saleh Kamel, Chairman of JCCI, signed the agreement with Abdul Aziz Khan, Chairman of Dulsco, at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) in the presence of a number of businessmen from the Kingdom and UAE. Kamel said JCCI will be supporting the new company and will facilitate the establishment of it to help providing workers for different local firms. Investment Opportunities Company at JCCI, which will be implementing this deal, is a SR200 million company that was established two years back by the JCCI and it aims at supporting investments and initiatives that can reinforce the private sector and provide human resources. Under the agreement, Dulsco will be helping new companies establish themselves and help them in managing their company, import workers, set a human resource system, a financial and marketing system, customer service system, as well as providing training for workers and develop their skills. Dulsco can also help the new companies choose their managers. Abdul Rahman Al-Gurain, Chairman of DCCI, said the deal is a special partnership that opts to enhance the growth of the two parties. He added that they are keen to develop the economy of the region and hope that this agreement can enhance the historic and economic relations between the two countries.
