JEDDAH — Jeddah Police detectives arrested two Pakistanis for allegedly forging residency permits and other official documents. Officers monitored the suspects for over 17 days, during which they discovered where the pair struck their deals and the telephone numbers they had set up to contact clients. The officers also said the suspects charged their customers between SR800 and SR1,500. An undercover policeman contacted them for a fake driving license, which would have cost SR1,500. On the day they met, officers raided their house in a rundown neighborhood in South Jeddah, arrested them and seized a number of tools used to forge official documents. — SG
