ABDUL Latif Jameel Company (ALJ) branch in Tokyo, Japan won the first position in customer satisfaction. A study conducted by TMC for Lexus customers revealed that ALJ won the first position in competition with other 21 Lexus distributors in Japan. TMC conducts a survey on periodical basis to measure customer satisfaction. The last survey included the first quarter of this year. On its side, ALJ is continuously seeking to increase customer satisfaction levels through improving and upgrading the services provided to them. ALJ is the only non-Japanese company that distributes Lexus vehicles in Tokyo. Last year, ALJ won the first position in customer satisfaction at its China branch. — SG
