Hai'a team rounds up bootleggers

JEDDAH — Members of the Commission of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) at Al-Samer neighborhood in Jeddah rounded up four Africans who were brewing arrack in a deserted mountainous area. Saud Bin Saeed, the center's chief, said the members acted on a tip-off. The men were caught red-handed.
