Liquor dealer accused of lewd act

The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) has accused an African liquor dealer of engaging in a lewd act after being caught with a customer who was reportedly unable to pay. A Hai'a spokesman in Asir said that the man was found in possession of 18 bottles of liquor and has been handed over to relevant authorities.
