Ali Al-Raithi Okaz/Saudi Gazette JAZAN — A girl drowned in the Bisha Valley Dam lake on Tuesday while she was on an outing with her family. The victim went into the water with her sister while the rest of the family sat by the lake. Due to the strong current they both started struggling. Three Civil Defense teams, a Border Guard team and officers from Jazan police arrived at the scene. The search and rescue operations lasted for an hour in the afternoon and continued into the next day, when the body was recovered and transported to Beesh General Hospital.
