BURAIDAH — A Saudi teenager decided to play a prank on motorists on a major highway in Buraidah by using his camera to fool drivers into thinking they were being flashed by a Saher speed control camera. He parked his vehicle on the side of the road and started flashing his camera from the back seat. Scared drivers began reducing their speed and used their hazard lights to warn drivers behind them. Even motorists who were way below the speed limit were flashed by the teenager. Motorists then realized it was all a prank when they passed the vehicle and saw the teenager laughing uncontrollably inside. Traffic authorities are getting ready to install more Saher cameras at traffic lights in the region. — SG
