HAFR AL-BATIN —Police in Hafr Al-Batin arrested two Asians on suspicion of stealing a large quantity of cables and aluminum. Lt. Col. Ziyadh Al-Ruqaiti, spokesman for Eastern Province, said police got suspicious about the two men, who were trying to sell the cables and aluminum at a scrap shop. When police officers asked them to prove that the goods belonged to them, they failed to do so. They were arrested and are under investigation.
