Mentally-ill steals car and flees

MADINAH – Patrol police arrested a mentally-ill man in his 20s after he stole a car and hit another vehicle on the Airport Road in Madinah. The owner of the stolen car told the police that he had pulled over and went to a grocery store after leaving the engine running. Seeing the keys in the ignition, the mentally-ill man got into the car and sped off. When the youth was arrested, he was in a state of hallucination. He was referred to the airport police station for investigation.
