MADINAH — A Saudi man in his 40s was jailed after he was accused of shooting another man inside a barbershop during Ramadan. The culprit alleged shot the victim in the chest and thigh before fleeing the scene. The gunman handed himself to authorities after confessing to the shooting. He said an old feud was the motive for the attack.
