Beggar, 80, caught with nearly SR10,000 in pockets

The beggar at a police station with his money haul. — Okaz photoTAIF – The Anti-Beggary Department arrested a man in his 80s who was begging in a street in Taif. Officials found SR9,665 in his possession. The money had been stashed in four pockets underneath his clothes. He was arrested and handed over to police for processing and eventual deportation. — SG
