A beggar who used the plight of his sick daughter to gain the sympathy of drivers at traffic lights was arrested after a raid of an apartment by Anti-Beggar officials. He was caught counting out his earnings of the day and was found to have an additional SR5,000 on his person. He was also found with multiple falsified medical records which he used to explain to people that he needed money to pay for his sick daughter's operations. The man was picked up in a private car and driven to an apartment where he was followed by Anti-Beggar officials. The beggar was handed over to the Deportation Department along with his daughter. Begging is illegal in the Kingdom and is punishable by deportation. – Okaz __
