SEATTLE — Alex Rodriguez sustained a broken left hand when he was hit by a pitch from Seattle ace Felix Hernandez in the Mariners' 4-2 win over the New York Yankees Tuesday. The Yankees said Rodriguez has a non-displaced fracture and there is no timetable for his return. He will be put on the disabled list. Hernandez (9-5) got his fifth straight win.
