Thousands of drivers clogged Jeddah streets on the first night of Ramadan. The traffic police called upon motorists to comply with road rules, especially before Maghreb prayer when people rush home to break their fasts. Drivers are also urged not to double-park their cars near mosques when they go to perform Taraweeh prayers.
