RIYADH – Mobily has recently signed an agreement with Movenpick Hotels and Resorts in the Kingdom making the latter a partner in its popular "Neqaty" program in an effort to broaden the base of one of the most valuable loyalty programs in the Middle East. The accord was held in the presence of Mohammed Beseiso, Chief Consumer Officer at Mobily, and Mohammed Fadi Sidani, Director of Communications for Movenpick Hotels and Resorts in the Kingdom. Sidani said "our partnership with Mobily in the Neqaty Program is a positive step forward, since Mobily is a leading company in the field of telecommunications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mobily customers will now have the option to redeem Neqaty points either at M?venpick food and beverage outlets, or in exchange for a stay at any Movenpick Hotel or Resort in the Kingdom." Movenpick Hotels and Resorts are considered among the top accommodation options in the Kingdom, due to the high levels of luxury and international standards they provide to guests in Khobar, Makkah, Jeddah, Yanbu, Madinah, Qassim and soon Riyadh. With this agreement, Mobily has added a new strategic partner to its list of participants in the Neqaty Program, adding a new dimension with broader choices for Mobily subscribers, for whom the Neqaty Program has become a favorite way to pay for many highly-valuable international brands. Mobily offers its subscribers a wide variety of valuable rewards suited to their needs. The rewards are split into two main categories: rewards that fall within the services provided by Mobily, including extra credit, free calls and SMS, and data; or rewards provided by various partners of the Neqaty Program covering commercial and marketing sectors Kingdom-wide, as well as the needs of its subscribers. The Neqaty Program automatically awards Mobily users, without the need for additional subscription, one point for every Saudi riyal spent. They can subsequently redeem the points through easy-to-use channels. – SG
