JEDDAH – Ewaan Global Residential Company has awarded RCC (Ruwad Civil Construction) a contract for the construction of 185 villas in both Phase 1 & 2 of the Alfareeda residential project in North Jeddah. With a total value of SR92 million, the contract comprises of 95 villas in Phase 1 valued at SR48 million and 90 villas in phase 2 valued at SR44 millions. "RCC is renowned for the construction of a number of prestigious projects in Jeddah and based on the high quality of its work and excellent track record of on schedule completion we had no hesitation in selecting the company for our flagship residential project," said Eng. Fahad Al-Mutawae CEO of Ewaan, developers of the Alfareeda residential project. Valued at over SR1.2 billion, Alfareeda residential project is being constructed on one million square meters of land and consists of more than 2,000 residential units. "The project is moving according to schedule and 80 percent of infrastructure work in Phase one is complete. In addition, with the onsite show villas now open for viewing, we are keenly looking forward to welcoming prospective buyers to take a look at the superior residential units we are offering in the urban extension of the city that is already known as New Jeddah."
