Mazen Batterjee, Deputy Chairman of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “As part of the festival, there will be grand draws, of which the winners will receive cars, electronic appliances, and mobile phones in addition to gold prizes worth a total of SR 2 million. The hotel and hospitality sector will take part in the festival during which delicious European, Asian, American and Arabian dishes will be offered with discounts.” During the festival lucky draws will be held every week Wednesday and Thursday at Red Sea Mall, Roshan Mall, and Andalus Mall. “To facilitate trips and sightseeing and to direct visitors, guests and tourists, 10 different information centers have been set up throughout the city. A well-versed tour guide will greet the visitors, answer their queries, distribute brochures, maps, and the schedule of the festival events. Two information centers are located each at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Red Sea Mall, Roshan Mall and Andalus Mall. Yamama Souk and University Plaza both have one information center,” said Al-Harithy. Families should be on the lookout for funny skits, clown shows, acrobatics, and magic shows that are scheduled to entertain children and adults at a number of locations, including La Costa Cafe and Restaurant on the Corniche and Al-Amwaj resort. Clowns dressed up in bright cheerful colors will be heading to Haifa Mall to draw smiles on young children's faces, pass out balloons and gifts, and make the little ones laugh.
