With an SR8 million budget, the Saudi “Soktom-Boktom” or “Silence” television series, will focus, in its third season, on the political turmoil that has swept through some Arab countries, it was reported by an Arabic newspaper. Some of the scenes will be shot in India, Lebanon and the United States. The series stars Fayez Al-Malki (the producer of the series), Ali Al-Madfa, Abdullah Al-Mazini, Amirah Muhammad and Soad Ali. Al-Malki decided to give the exclusive rights to Saudi TV after long discussions and meetings with senior personnel, thus ending rumors that the series would be run on a different television channel.
