Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry celebrated here Sunday the graduation of the third batch comprising 65 youths from the Course of Projects Establishment and Management. Khalaf Al-Shammari, RCCI Member and Chairman of the Committee of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, pointed out that the course comes within the framework of services provided by the committee's training center in collaboration with Shell Company's program for starting enterprises.
