Dr. Rashid Bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, chairman of Makkah Technical and Vocational Training Council, Dr.Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Zahmy, director general Education, Qunfudah, along with a host of top officials of various government departments attended the inaugural function. Al-Baqami urged the trainees of the Institute to focus on innovation and technical projects.
