Corey Seager homered three times and drove in six runs, leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 12-0 victory over the New York Mets Tuesday night. Seager went 4-for-5 and recorded the second three-homer game of his career. Seager hit three home runs against the Atlanta Braves on June 3, 2006. Cody Bellinger, who hit two home runs in Monday's victory over New York, and Yasmani Grandal also went deep for Los Angeles, which has won five in a row and 11 of its past 12 games. The five homers tied a season high for the Dodgers. Los Angeles' Brandon McCarthy threw six scoreless innings and limited the Mets to four hits. McCarthy (6-3) struck out four, walked one and hit a batter. The Diamondbacks tied the game 2-2 when David Peralta hit a leadoff home run in the top of the eighth inning and Paul Goldschmidt followed with a shot into the right field stands. The homers gave Zack Greinke (8-4) his first lead, but he couldn't hold it. Greinke gave up consecutive one-out singles in the eighth to Charlie Blackmon and DJ LeMahieu, and Arenado followed with a triple off the wall in right on Greinke's 1-0 slider to give first-place Colorado its sixth straight victory. Astros 8, Athletics 4: George Springer sparked a five-run first inning with a leadoff home run, and rookie Francis Martes allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings to lift Houston over Oakland. Nationals 12, Marlins 3: Ryan Zimmerman and Stephen Drew had three RBIs apiece to lead Washington over Miami. Orioles 6, Indians 5: Manny Machado had four hits, including a pair of home runs, and Baltimore beat first-place Cleveland.
