Saudi Gazette JEDDAH — Mohammed Arshad Munir, new counselor press at Consulate General PakistanJeddah, hosted a felicitation reception in honor of L. Ramnarayan Iyer, executive editor Saudi Gazette, and other media persons at Sizzling restaurant Azizia recently. Munir appreciated the hard work and dedication of all media people in getting the message across through their respective medium and lauded Ramnarayan for his long and exemplary services in the field of journalism and wished him continued success. He also congratulated him on the occasion of world press day. Munir also discussed bilateral relation between newspapers and Pakistani consulate press section. Amir Mohammed Khan chairman Pakistan Journalist forum (PJF) also extended best wishes and appreciated the enthusiasm of the media in projecting news. Asad Akram, acting president PJF, sincerely appreciated the outstanding work in giving space of local and communities' coverage. Ramnarayan thanked Munir for hosting the special event and said that he would definitely highlight the activities and issues of Pakistani community.
