Owais belts a ton; INMA wins in WPCA

JEDDAH — Owais hit a century to power Al-Saudi Green to victory over Deloitte in the WPCA Morning T20 Tournament. In other matches, INMA downed Hyderabad Strikers, Emper Perfumes had the last laugh against Indomie United Universal Cups, Bihar International Fighters trounced Edge Tek, ATC had the better of MFCC and Stallions thrashed Al-Azizya Elegant.
INMA prevailed over Hyderabad Strikers by 5 wickets. Hyderabad Strikers posted 153-9. Mannan hit 24, Irfan Ayazuddin 50 in 25 balls, Mohammed 17 and Jaweed Ahmed 26. Meer Ali took 3-30, Ikram 3-32 and Firous 2-29. INMA got to 154 for 5 in 99 balls. Nadeem top scored with an unbeaten 67 in 48 balls, Nazeem made 20 and Farooq 28. Sarfaraz took 3-30.
Indomie Universal United Cups was restricted to 145-9. Tariq Siddiqui hammered 71 in 45 balls as he added 60 with Irfan (23). However, after a rousing start (160-1) it was reduced to 120-7. Rabih claimed 3-30 and Mehboob Shabbir 2-34.
Emper Perfumes reached 147-3 in 91 balls. Sadiq Memon smashed 61 in 43 balls, Bobi Farhan an unbeaten 42 and Rabih 19. Alam took 3-19.
Bihar International Fighters downed Edge Tek by 39 runs. The Fighters piled up 190-4. Faisal remained unbeaten on 68, Nazim made 26 and Ziaul Haq an unbeaten 21. Rabi grabbed 3-28.
Edge Tek was bowled out for 151. Mahir scored 54, Sikandar 29, Azhar 15 and Rabi 15. Faisal picked up 4-17, Usman 3-23 and Moin 3-23.
ATC defeated MFCC by 21 runs. ATC produced 152-9. Babar Mughal hit 27, Amjad 23 and Shahzad 29. Shafaqat took 2-25, Zia 2-28 and Wajid 2-12.
MFCC was restricted to 131. Jibran scored 27 and Zia 26. Usman Issan claimed 3-21, Sajjad 3-24 and Rana Babar 2-20.
Stallions crushed Azizya Elegant by 56 runs. Stallions plundered 198-5. Mansoor top scored with 56 in 36 balls, Aqeel 28, Jahanzeb 38 and Waqas Munawwar 28. Shehzad took 3-27.
Azizyah Elegant was stranded at 142-9. Junaid scored 28, Obaid 21 and Kumail 27. Zeeshan claimed 3-28 and Faizan 2-26.
Al-Saudi Green thrashed Deloitte by 10 wickets. Deloitte crashed to 120-8. Owais made 33 and Irfan 41. Munzir scalped 3-9 and Nadeem 2-30.
Al-Saudi Green reached 124 for no loss as Owais blasted an unbeaten 105 in 40 balls with 7 sixes and 10 fours. He added 124 in 50 balls for the unbroken partnership with Munzir (14).
