AJVA clinches Ford's top service award in region
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 15 - 02 - 2012

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co (AJVA), the Ford and Lincoln importer-dealer in Saudi Arabia, recently won Ford Motor Company's regional Service Excellence Championship title, with Service Advisor Shajimon Joseph clinching the top title for the Service Advisors' category, and Service Technician Arnold Betiz grabbing the title for his category among all other Ford dealer finalists from the Middle East.
"Our congratulations go to the AJVA team for this outstanding achievement," said Chris Noel, Ford Middle East's director of Customer Service. "They have done a great job and stood out among the region's top service advisors and technicians thanks to their dedication and commitment to providing some of the best service levels in the region. We commend them for demonstrating their skills acquired through the Ford Motor Company certification program."
"The Service Excellence Cup is a great opportunity not only to get our dealer service teams to compete for the title, but also to ensure they all have the best skills in the industry across the Middle East. We commend their dedication to providing increasing levels of customer satisfaction and to advancing their own skills and knowledge of the business," Noel added.
Nabil Al Hosayyen, general manager for Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co.'s Western Region, said: "We are pleased to have won both titles for Service Excellence in the region and this is thanks to the dedication and commitment of our team to be the best. Since the beginning, we have taken it upon ourselves to offer the highest levels of customer satisfaction across our branches in the Kingdom, investing in service facilities as well as the development of our technical and service employees. And as we mark our 25 year anniversary this year, we realize that we cannot rest on our laurels and must continue to better ourselves so as to be the best in the business bar none."
The Ford Service Excellence Championship is an incentive to help sharpen the skills of service advisors and technicians and help them better serve their customers and achieve higher levels of satisfaction.
