Ford Middle East recognized Haji Husein Alireza (HHA), the Mercury importer-dealer in Saudi Arabia, for achieving 100 percent Ford certification across its Customer Service operations for all its service advisors, technicians, parts counterpersons and parts managers. The achievement enhances Ford and HHA's ongoing effort to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
“This is a great accomplishment that we can all be proud of as it pays off our relentless efforts towards delivering some of the best vehicle ownership experiences in the Kingdom,” said Sheikh Ali Husein Alireza, HHA's managing director. “With the support of Ford Motor Company and through internationally recognized training programs, we are working to bring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality in our processes, products and services.”
Besides their certification efforts, HHA have also been very active on bringing Ford Motor Company's Service Excellence standards to their service networks. Currently, the Ford Service Excellence is applied in the HHA Jeddah branches of Al Bayan and Kilo 11, as well as their main branch in Riyadh.
“We commend HHA for their dedication to the Mercury brand and their persistent drive for offering a better service experience and generating high customer satisfaction levels in a consistent manner,” said Chris Noel, Ford Middle East's Regional Customer Services director. “Their efforts don't stop here, as they have been active on expanding their parts distribution network and increasing the availability of genuine Ford and MotorCraft parts across the Kingdom.”
Noel further said that “HHA's achievement is a result of our joint efforts with our dealers in implementing various customer satisfaction initiatives, such as the Ford Motor Company Service certification and Service Excellence. These are complemented by the extensive technical training that we provide to service technicians as the technology offered on our products progresses year over year.”
Ford Middle East recently recognized HHA for its record parts sales growth of over 120 percent in 2008. The positive growth was attributed to HHA's strong wholesale business supported by its extensive network of 42 retail parts outlets and 17 service facilities throughout the Kingdom.
HHA is the largest Mercury dealer in the region and is backed by over hundred years of working with Ford Motor Company. The importer-dealer is the first company to import and distribute automobiles on a commercial basis in the Arabian Peninsula. To date, HHA has one of the largest after-sales networks with 42 outlets and representations in all the major cities of the Kingdom. __
