Ghafis, Minister of Labor and Social Development, visited the headquarters of Alsalam Aerospace Industries Thursday, where Yahya Bin Hamoud Al-Ghoraibi, chief executive officer of the company, and members of the executive management received him. During the visit, he listened to a detailed explanation about the establishment of the company, the projects which it executes, its achievements and the quantum leap which it achieved in the field of aircraft industry. They made a field tour during which he reviewed all the works being conducted within the company and the role played by national personnel to execute those works, either in technical workshops or in productions lines concerning the industrialization. During his tour, the minister of labor met a group of young people who have been trained by the company in various administrative and technical areas and who are representing today a central pillar for the company's work. The minister paid tribute to the progress in the field of aircraft industry and the quantum leap made by the company by moving to the assembling and manufacturing stage, and its efforts in the field of training (and production of front parts and wings of aircrafts of the armed forces F15 SC) and training of the Saudi personnel for engagement in those high technology works. Al-Ghoraibi said the training of the Saudi personnel and finding a place for them to work in the company is considered one of the company's plans and is of utmost importance. He added that the company is seeking to increase the Saudi workforce proportion through continuous training inside and outside the kingdom.
