A group of Saudi youths, who are working in aircraft maintenance at Alsalam Aircraft Co., had the honor to meet Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman during the meeting with the Minister of Labor and professionals representatives in the private sector. Yahya Al Ghoraibi, CEO of Alsalam Aircraft Co., said: "The meeting of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques with our youths who are working at Alsalam Aircraft Co. is a great honor to us, and this event is not surprising." Al Ghoraibi added that youths are the pillar of the country, the hope of the nation, and the backbone for its renaissance and development, as well as young people represent the largest percentage in the formation of KSA community, pointing that all of these facts are well recognized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Al Ghoraibi further said "within this concern by its sovereignty, our company, Alsalam Aircraft Co., had the great honor of joining some of its national technical staff within the group welcomed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques...which represented the national technical staff working at the national company, and encourage and motivate them to exert more efforts in order to build a bright future for themselves, their nation, and their country. Al Ghoraibi moreover said Alsalam Aircraft Co. gives special attention to the national staff as it represents the real concept of Saudization of the technology, pointing out that the company has established in this regard in 2000 A.D a center for training and rehabilitation of young people with specialties related to the business of Alsalam Aircraft Co. Through this center, the company provides the youths with training courses internally and externally in order to give them positions in various projects which are being implemented by the company. Young man Majed Abdelaziz Alhezami, who joined the company in the middle of 2003 as a trainee in F-15 aircraft project, rose from t he ranks till he reached the position of production supervisor in 2011. He was one of Alsalam Aircraft Co. representatives who had the honor of meeting the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman. Al Ghoraibi further said in order to continue the company efforts to transfer the technology of manufacturing and assembling, he was sent in a mission with 30 employees to the US for training on the development of F-15 aircraft, from (F-15S) class to (F-15SA) class where they spent two years of training and then came back to be a development supervisor in the program. — SG
