King Abdulaziz University's director Dr. Osama Sadiq Tayyeb has renewed the appointment of Dr. Saeed Bin Ahmed Alafandi as director of the Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz Center for Social and Humanity Research for a period of two years. Alafandi, a faculty member of arts and humanities at the Department of Islamic Studies, also holds the post of Supervisor General of the Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz Chair for Ethics Values. Alafandi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the director of the university for his valued trust and renewal of appointment. The Prince Naif center consists of 12 units specialized in research on the family, drugs, problems of youth, citizenship and social responsibility, culture and identity, talent and creativity, and studies in the fields of crime, trends, and public opinion and on social planning, development of linguistics, women and translation. __
