Rector of King Abdulaziz University Dr. Usamah bin Sadiq Tayyeb received here today the visiting Rector of the Sorbonne University of Paris, Jean Claude Collier and accompanying delegation. Dr. Tayyeb welcomed the Rector of French Sorbonne University and the accompanying delegation in the Kingdom, wishing that the partnership between the two universities would be fruitful. Following the reception, the visiting rector toured the university's campus, its faculties, research centers and other facilities. The visit is taking place in order to activate an accord of an agreement on unique partnership between the two universities which was co-signed by the two rectors here, two days ago, on the sidelines of an occasion of academic Chair on Ethics and Safeguards of Financing emanating from Dialogue Among Civilizations, to support the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Initiative's call to consolidate dialogue among faiths and cultures followers, which convened in its second session, in Paris last April. -- SPA
