With coordination between the British Council and the Batterjee Medical College (BMC), a delegation representing a number of British universities (Cardiff University, University of Sheffield, University of Nottingham, University of Liverpool) has visited BMC, to discuss the ways of cooperation in the field of medical education and exchange of experiences in the fields of common disciplines and programs including human medicine, dentistry, respiratory therapy, health management, medical imaging techniques, pharmacy, physical therapy and nursing. The delegation visited the educational facilities of clinics, laboratories and classrooms for all disciplines. The delegation praised of what they have found of advanced equipments, means of advanced training for students and educational environment in general. Both sides agreed on the continuation of communication to develop appropriate cooperative mechanism between them.
