The Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) on Monday reviewed a proposal from the Capital Market Authority with regard to implementing its program to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, second deputy premier and minister of defense, chaired the meeting held at Al-Yamama Palace in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The major highlights of the program are strengthening the role of the stock market in making available financial sources, enhancing the market's attraction toward investors, developing the regulatory environment, upgrading the levels of governance and transparency, and promoting the knowledge and technical capabilities of the market players.
