COMO's Group Executive Chef Daniel Moran will share his culinary passion with guests dining at The Globe restaurant on Nov. 20-26, 2016. During the event, guests can partake in a cooking course or enjoy a special COMO lunch menu, COMO High Tea or a fine dining à la carteà la carteà la carteà la carte dinner experience. All dishes during the event will showcase Moran's flair for Asian and European flavors. Hailing from Australia, Moran has been part of the COMO team since 2000, starting out as Head Chef at Parrot Cay by COMO in the Turks and Caicos Islands, before transferring to Metropolitan by COMO in Bangkok. Daniel's knack for experimenting with flavours, and his passion for sharing it with the world has led him to the role of Group Executive Chef at COMO Hotels and Resorts.
