MOHAMED Yousuf Naghi Motors, the official importer for the BMW Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, made their presence felt at this year's EXCS International Luxury Motor Show in Jeddah, with a number of premium models exhibited including the flagship BMW 7 Series and the hybrid sports car BMW i8. Held last Oct. 18 and attended by automotive enthusiasts, trade executives and dignitaries, including Eng. Mohammed Tawfiq Madani, Director General of the Transport Department in Makkah, bringing the most luxurious automotive brands from across the globe to come and display the latest models and innovations to Saudi customers and car enthusiasts. The BMW 7 Series returned to the event that marked its arrival in the Kingdom in 2015, giving residents in Jeddah the chance to take a closer look at the latest luxury sedan as well as other BMW models including the powerful M2 and M4 Coupé, the i8 and the imposing X5 M and X6 M. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, the BMW M GmbH. Part of the renumbering that splits the 3 Series coupe and convertible models to the 4 Series (to further differentiate it from the 3 Series), the M4 replaced the M3 Coupe and Convertible models. Upgrades over the standard BMW 4-Series include: a very powerful and responsive, twin turbocharged engine; improved handling, suspension, and braking systems; aerodynamic body enhancements; interior/exterior accents with the tri-color "M" (Motorsport) badging; the significantly reduced weight compared to the standard 4 series and its predecessor with an all-new stiffer chassis and extensive use of carbon fiber, especially the roof of the car. Speaking at the exhibition, Stavros Paraskevaides, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, said: "At Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors we are committed to offering our customers the very best that BMW has to offer and the EXCS International Luxury Motor Show is an exceptional platform for us to do this. This year we have some of the most successful models in the Kingdom including the X5 M and X6 M, the unbeatable M2 and M4 Coupe, as well as the BMW i8 - the hybrid model that has set the standard in its segment. We also have the BMW 7 Series; the luxury sedan has already solidified its position as a segment leader amongst our customers here in Saudi Arabia, having made its debut at the show last year." Since its inception in 2007, the EXCS Motor Show has garnered mass appeal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
