Saudi Gazette JEDDAH — The Pakistan Journalist Forum (PJF), the oldest platform of Pakistani media persons, celebrated the 86th Saudi National Day in a befitting manner at the residence of renowned journalist and chairman of PJF Amir Mohammed Khan recently. Saudi Radio Urdu Service broadcaster and eminent community personality Dr. Laiq ullah Khan graced the occasion as guest of honor along with other PJF members. Shahid Naeem, president PJF, welcomed the guests and thanked Dr. Laiq ullah for attending the function. He also highlighted on the need of observance of the Saudi National Day. Amir Mohammed Khan lauded the dynamic leadership of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman. He said Saudi Arabia has not only progressed but the whole leadership of the country under King Salman is engaged in development that is geared toward a more promising future for the young and future generation so they can live in peace and security as well. He further added that Saudi Arabia being the best friend of Pakistan the people of Pakistan would certainly pray for its stability and prosperity. Dr. Laiq ullah Khan gave useful advise to the journalists while congratulating the people and Saudi brothers of "Yum Al-Watani". Dr. Khan also threw light on the importance of the day and prayed to Almighty Allah for the security, stability and prosperity of the Kingdom as well as whole Muslim Ummah. A Saudi National Day cake cutting ceremony was held, followed by dinner.
