The winner played its heart out in the final quarter as the loser missed important baskets in the crucial minutes of the game. Gadiana top scored with 27 points for the winner and was adjudged the Seiko Watch Player of the Game, while Catador scored 24 points for Khalidia 40's. David contributed 29 points for the loser. Tetra Pak of Fred Vasquez defeated Thunders 78-74. Collado chipped in with 23 points for the winner and was named the New Cabalen Restaurant Player of the Game, while Mickey Leyva top scored with 21 points for the loser. KD Balik Islam of playing coach Imet Khalid Villanueva beat JDC Legend 79-77. Paloma scored 18 points for the winner and was adjudged the Seiko Watch Player of the Game. Jaber Gonzales made 38 points for the loser. In Thursday matches, Sand City of Sonny Soreta scored over SACC 99-83. Soreta collected 21 points for the winner and was selected as the JBL Player of the Game. Viloria and Bon scored 15 points apiece for the loser. Wasalak of coach Fred Conception defeated Fakieh Group 124-123. Pugao top scored with 36 points, connecting 11 three-point shots and was named the Giordano Player of the Game. Caneta scored 43 points for the loser.
