Life changes. Our lives today are different from those who lived in the past and the future world will be different from our world today. The next generation will differ from this generation. Their lives will not be the same as ours. The recent statement by Dr. Abdul Rahman Bin Salama Al-Mazini, Dean of the High Judiciary Institute, regarding developing the institute's curricula was well received by those who believe that the nation's current judicial system and the litigation in the Kingdom's courts must be constantly updated so that they keep up with the latest developments in the Kingdom. The comments of Dr. Al-Mazini are in line with the farsighted vision of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, who aims to develop and modernize the judicial system to meet the current and future needs of the country. The judicial system plays a pivotal role in applying Shariah law and in guaranteeing justice and equality to everyone in the Kingdom. The development and improvement of the curricula used to train judges has come at the right time and it started at the High Judiciary Institute, the institute that qualifies the next generation of judges. This institute prepares judges to perform their tasks in all types of courts using modern perspectives. This has made it possible for our country to have an up-to-date judicial system that keeps abreast of the latest developments of the modern world while also focusing on the future. It is a judicial system which implements Islam's rules and teachings while keeping up with what is going on in the world today. __
