As a result, this name reflected on the main strategy of Fursatee to be flexible as an open arms company to join forces with variety of sectors and industries even its competitors. Since the idea of creating Fursatee started after a long experience in management in variety of departments in several local and international companies, it developed all the earned expertise into managerial integrated systems, to be presented as an opportunity where we can develop the past and present to change the perception of the future. The birth of creating Fursatee for Human Resources services idea was in 2003, and its main objective was to develop human resources management in businesses prior to any type of recruitment. In 2009, Fursatee was established formally as an association providing human resources & recruitment services to small and medium companies using an innovative methodology, which made it easier for businesses and job seekers to find the right person in the right place at the right time. Based on the Kingdom 2030 perception, Fursatee launched the Academic Tourism Company targeting entrepreneurs and decision makers in businesses, in a well-researched and organized training trip to develop concepts of human structure reception in decision maker's organizations. In addition to that, it included the flexibility of continuous open discussions, besides integrating this trip with expertise from across the Arab world. This idea was implemented in reality, earlier this year in a journey to Spain, which resulted in a great success in both personal & business levels. And here we come, with a new concept of training and money making, under the title of "Financial Health & Ego Management", enhanced with two of the finest coaches in the Arab world in the heart of the Austrian capital Vienna, with limited seats. This trip currently is not intended for all businesses, but the businesses where its decision makers are involved in this journey who will be interacting directly with professional decision makers who are trainers and leading figures from across the Arab world. This trip is not a general journey, but through applying special strategies to broadcast experiences will certainly have a big role in the development of Academic Tourism in the Kingdom, besides benefiting from the tourist areas to accommodate this type of training. There is a possibility of signing MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) as an optional choice of the applicants who are decision makers and leaders. There is no direct support from any government sector, although the future visions of our Kingdom are enough to make the innovative thinkers implement and produce extraordinary levels of creativity.
