There is no shortage of land for housing projects and the Ministry of Housing has not been complaining about it, a statement clearing up some rumors said Wednesday. Dr. Shuwaish Al-Dhuwaihi, Minister of Housing, said: “Up to now the ministry has enough land to build 135,000 housing units.” He made the comments to Okaz/Saudi Gazette during an inspection tour of land allocated by Al-Qassim Mayoralty for the housing project at Al-Tarafiah neighborhood, northeast of Buraidah.
