Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Musaed, Emir of Northern Borders Province, met here Tuesday with Dr. Shuwaish Bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi, Minister of Housing, to discuss housing projects in the region. This is part of the program of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to construct 500,000 housing units at a cost of SR250 billion in all provinces of the Kingdom. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Al-Dhuwaihi said his visit to the province is aimed at identifying sites for housing projects in government areas. “As many as 613 housing units will be built in the Northern Borders Province,” he added. The minister will also tour the provinces of Jouf and Hail. During the current tour, the minister will follow up on housing projects in these provinces. In Hail, he will inspect the progress of 1,200 housing units currently being built by the Ministry of Housing.
