Nafoura, Park Hyatt Jeddah introduces Eastern Mediterranean culinary delights

NAFOURA, Park Hyatt Jeddah's award winning restaurant, will lead guests to discover the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean and explore culinary delights of Bali an Indonesian Island. In addition Andalusia restaurant will offer a lavish Moroccan dinner at attractive prices.
Nafoura lunch specializes in offering their guests the finest Mediterranean food by curating a dynamic menu, using organic, seasonal and local produce.
Every Sunday to Thursday Park Hyatt Jeddah's chefs will bring to life the authentic flavors of Levantine cuisine covering the regions bordering the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Nafoura restaurant. This particular cuisine is famous for its use of olive oil and brings an array of culinary traditions through history amounting to roughly 150 traditional recipes. The most distinctive dishes of Levantine cuisine are succulent mixed grills and mezze, served in small dishes as appetizers. The spectacular lunch ends with an extensive assortment of delectable and tempting desserts that shows the influence and culture of people that have inhabited Levant to satisfy the sweet tooth in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.Explore the extravagant beauty of Balinese cuisine from April 27 to May 7 at Nafoura restaurant, 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. The gastronomic journey will be led by Hyatt guest Chef Sudiastika and Chef Suartika, specially flown in from Grand Hyatt Bali for ten consecutive days using traditional and authentic flavors of Bali's most classical dishes. Most of Balinese traditional delicacies come from home-based village cooking where ingredients and recipes were passed on verbally from generation to generation. Balinese used the art of weaving food tales into culinary myths as they pass on the eating habits of a particular group or village, in other words beautifully coupling the pleasure of cooking together with the pleasure of story telling.
Andalusia restaurant will welcome its guests on a daily basis to indulge in Moroccan culinary delights, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Moroccan cuisine is influenced by Morocco's interactions and exchanges with other cultures and nations over the centuries. This cuisine is a mix of Mediterranean, Arabic, Andalusian and Berber cuisine. Park Hyatt Jeddah's Chef Adil Bouaicha will add new dishes reflecting the traditional delicacies of this country such as tajine, couscous, pastilla and succulent assortment of mixed grills marinated in Moroccan herbs and spices. Unveil Andalusia's special rates for early bird visitors dining from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and a group of 20 people or more.
