Hankook Racing Team continued to achieve positive results after team captain Saeed Al-Mouri celebrated his first podium finish of the 24-hour race in January in Dubai Autodrome. The team achieved 1-2 finish in the second round of Drift King Championship, which was held on Dirab Circuit in Riyadh recently, with the participation of some of Saudi's most renowned drift professionals. By this new victory, Hankook Racing Team affirmed its domination on all Saudi drift competitions from the beginning of the season. After his coronation as winner Mohammed Al-Orabi said: "Thank God for this remarkable result, which could not be achieved without the keen efforts of my team and the support of my teammate, coach and captain Saeed. I take this opportunity to thank my team for their sincere efforts which helped much to achieve this accomplishment". Meanwhile, Al-Mouri, the runner-up, underlined the importance of the team's achievements from the beginning of the season, and said that it was a fantastic start for us and for our sponsor. He added: "We persist on podium finish of every round and race and our team is in constant evolution. My team did a great job too. We trust that with our usual keen persistence, we will eventually achieve positive results, and bypass all the competitors, and achieve podium finishes." Al-Mouri also stressed that the high performance of the car during the race was due to the new tires, which were provided by Hankook Tire Co. Ltd., as they played an important and significant role in achieving this accomplishment. — SG
