Right-wing Patric Hornqvist scored three goals, center Sidney Crosby set up three and goalie Marc-Andre Fleury put up his fifth shutout of the season as the Pittsburgh Penguins rolled past the sliding Arizona Coyotes 6-0 Monday. Fleury made 30 saves in his 43rd career shutout. Rangers 2, Blue Jackets 1: Center Derek Stepan scored on a short-handed breakaway with 2:48 remaining in the third period to give the New York Rangers a 2-1 victory against the Columbus Blue Jackets. With defenseman Marc Staal serving a tripping penalty, Rangers defenseman Ryan McDonagh was able to force a turnover and chip the puck down the ice. Stepan gathered it for a partial breakaway and turned Blue Jackets goaltender Joonas Korpisalo inside-out for his 14th goal of the season. The Rangers (37-20-6) won their third in a row and fifth in six games. Lightning 2, Maple Leafs 1: Center Tyler Johnson scored twice and the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs. Datsyuk scored his 13th goal of the season, sending a wrist shot high into the Dallas net from the edge of the right circle off a rebound with Detroit on the power play. Detroit gained the man advantage 1:51 into overtime after Stars rookie center Mattias Janmark was called for hooking right winger Gustav Nyquist. Center Andreas Athanasiou had two goals for Detroit. Sharks 6, Canadiens 2: Joe Pavelski scored his 28th and 29th goals of the season while Brent Burns and Joe Thornton contributed three points each as the Sharks beat the Montreal Canadiens.
