The exhibition, hosted by Headmistress Mrs. Wafaa Ashmawi during the Global Advanced Conference, was inaugurated by Dr. Mary Mickelson, a member of the advanced committee. Every year the KG teachers and the students under the guidance of the headmistress and the KG supervisor prepare and exhibit unique pieces of attractive and colorful crafts which reflect the educational achievements and the fulfillment of the school's motto. The exhibition was really appreciated and enjoyed by the parents and their turnout made it a real success. The objective of the event was to prove that art and craft are important factors for kindergarten students they help to develop the learning ability and motor skills and also stimulate the learning process. These crafts help the students to enhance their skills and to release their imagination and their feelings by painting, using safety scissors and glue, exploring new ideas and interaction with fellow peers. The students also learn how to share and take turns. Art is a continuous process of creating, exploring, discovering, experimenting and imagining. Through self-expression and creativity, children's skill will develop naturally and their ability to create will excel.
