Royal Decrees issued by King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and decisions taken by the Council of Ministers reflect wise government policy that aims to meet the needs and expectations of citizens in all regions of the Kingdom. This policy aims to overcome any obstacles that might be encountered in achieving the goals and objectives of the nation's development. Royal Decrees also reflect the love and attention King Abdullah has for the citizens of the Kingdom and their love for him. These Decrees seek to provide citizens with an honorable living and a secure and peaceful life. Government agencies are keen to implement Royal Decrees and decisions and to shoulder their duties and responsibilities and perform the tasks they have been given. There is of course a need to monitor and evaluate the performance of these agencies which is the reason that King Abdullah has ordered the establishment of a special Royal Court department to ensure the smooth implementation of all government decisions. The new department will be tasked with compiling and sending periodic reports regarding the performance of each government agency. This is a task of the utmost importance as it will guarantee the effective execution of Royal Decrees and the decisions of the Council of Ministers which will ensure that government projects are carried out on time and that they achieve their goals and objectives. King Abdullah has said that he is certain that all government officials will undertake their responsibilities and perform their duties to the best of their ability for the benefit of the nation and its citizens. The creation of a new department which will monitor the activities of government agencies and officials and issue periodic performance reports will add an increased degree of accountability to government projects and to those responsible for ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards. __
