King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has ordered the establishment of a special Royal Court department to ensure easy and smooth implementation of orders and decisions of the Council of Ministers. The special department will compile and send periodic reports regarding the performance of each government agency. King Abdullah stressed all ministries and government agencies should comply with its orders and decisions to enhance development skills and public interests. King Abdullah said he was certain that all officials will shoulder their responsibilities. Recently the Monarch directed all ministries to expedite the updating of laws and regulations that have not been updated for a long period of time. New regulations, according to the King's directives, should be prepared within the basic framework of the state in the light of the latest developments and requirements that achieve public interest. __
