Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has successfully conducted trainings to fine-tune the skills and abilities of more than 2,800 employees across the company based on various programs for training and development. The entire exercise has been carried out with the aim of developing and further strengthening the human resource which is the foundation stone for the continued progress, success and achievements of Mobily. The training and development programs are spread across a variety of lanes, including customized training courses based on the training needs of individual departments, electronic courses, knowledge sharing workshops and training based on Doroob initiative by Ministry of Labor, through which educational electronic platforms are used to deliver several training tracks to promote soft skills such as computers, communications and language related skills through delivery methods selected by the employee.
