In cooperation with Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ), an initiative of Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives (ALJCI), Naomi shops, the agents of luxurious woman's fashion international brands, created more than 450 sales job opportunities for women at its branches throughout the Kingdom. According to the female recruitment supervisor in Naomi, this initiative comes in response to the latest decision from the Ministry of Labor to make shops selling women's fashion staffed only by female workers, and it is an important step to create job opportunities for females, in cooperation with BRJ. Rola Basamed, BRJ director at Serafi Mall in Jeddah, announced that the women's employment center at BRJ has created over 250 job opportunities for Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group. She added that more and more women are applying every day and that BRJ interviews the applicants and recommends them to companies interested in hiring women. The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) supports the initiative by paying half of the employees' salaries for three years. In addition, the HRDF provides free training courses for interested companies. BRJ was recently honored for its corporate social responsibility efforts by the International Finance Summit's “Active Academy Awards”. The ongoing job creation program of BRJ aims to find work for the unemployed.
