JEDDAH: Engineer Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, Chief Job Creator at Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ), inaugurated a new building of BRJ in Jizan, along King Abdul Aziz street, the company said Tuesday. The new BRJ Jizan, located at Jizan's entrance, is the ninth branch of Bab Rizq Jameel in the Kingdom. The initiative launched by ALJ Community Initiatives. The new branch is the main BRJ center in Jizan and will offer several job creation programs. In addition, the new center will provide a database of job opportunities in the private companies, as well as names of applicants who are seeking to get jobs. BRJ will provide training ending with employment programs in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and interest-free loans through the small projects finance and productive household programs. BRJ Jizan will also create more job opportunities through its taxi and truck ownership programs, and franchise program. The center is planning to create 200 job opportunities every month through its diversified programs. During the opening ceremony, Jameel said: “We are pleased with opening the first BRJ branch in the Southern Province. We will open more branches throughout the Kingdom.” Jameel appreciated the great and creative ideas that could be developed, and thanked the HRDF, Saudi Credit and Saving Bank and Jizan Principality for their unlimited and continuous support to BRJ programs. Saleh Al-Zahrani, BRJ director at the Southern Province, said the branch has created 4,357 job opportunities since the year 2006 until March 2011. Al-Zahrani added that the branch is seeking to create 200 job opportunities a month through its 18-member staff, which include 10 male employees in the male division and eight female employees in the female division. During the first three months of 2011, BRJ successfully created 12,148 job opportunities, which is higher by 30% compared with the same period of the last year.
